I question the reliability of this ” physiologial find-a-word” 

Physiology is “the science of the function of living system”, meaning it’s biology and so forth. What that entails is, this quiz, or what have you, is completely irrelevant. Unless, “suicide” and “secrets” are now adjectives that describe your genetic make-up or define who you are as a person.
